July 3rd – Our Couch 2 5K is back in preparation for Seamie’s 5K on September 2nd and here’s Danny supervising all the keys on our first night, Monday, July 3rd.

July 8th – Congratulations to Danny and David who took the trip to Co. Clare and completed the Kilkee Half Marathon in glorious weather and beautiful scenery. Well done lads.
