February 21st – While some of our members were out enjoying Deerpark parkrun in Carlanstown, Ronan O’Sullivan was competing in another Hyrox, this time in Poland.
February 28th – Supporting our local Santuary Runners were Amanda, Deirdre and Pauline while Sarah and Brian enjoyed a 10k Trail Run in the Cooley Mountains.

April 3rd/Good Friday – Lots of activity for our club members this Easter Weekend. First up we had our annual Table Quiz held in the Railway Bar. Thank you all for your support and to everyone who could make it on the night and congratulations to the winning teams.

Well done Everyone and a special shout-out to brothers Alfie and Max on their PBs, Alfie finishing in 19:22 and Max in 16:51 to take the 1st juvenile male award. April 11th/12th – Sunshine galore this weekend. First up we had our international parkrunner Leo Farrell enjoying Westpark parkrun in Munich and Emma, Joan and Vincent with family and friends at the DKIT parkrun in Dundalk and a special shout out to Emma, first lady home. The following day we saw David and Louise Tyhuis competing in the Rotterdam 10K and Marathon. A new PB for Louise in the 10K and David’s 20th Marathon. Lovely running from you all, Congratulations.

April 15th – A huge turnout for the DKIT 5K & 10K in Dundalk this evening. PBs galore, congratulations to each and everyone of you and a special shoutout to Bernie Balfe who was the first lady home in the 5K.

April 18th/19th – While Theresa, Vincent, Emma, Joan and Paddy were out enjoying our local parkruns in Oldbrdige and Deerpark Carlanstown Roan O’Sullvian competed in The Berlin 25K.
April 25th/26th – Well done to Brian Duff and Michael Kieran who represented Ardee & District AC at the OLSS Castleblayney 5km. A very warm night and a challenging hilly course, but both ran really well, great effort from both! And the following day our members enjoyed Deerpark parkrun with 1st place finish for Emma. Well done Everyone.
