July 14th – Bright and early in the beautiful sunshine Barry Reid completed his 21st Marathon from Killybegs to Glencolmcille along the picturesque coastline of Donegal – The Wild Atlantic Way. Congratulations Barry and ‘Happy 21st Marathon’.

July 14th – While Barry Reid was running the hilly roads of Donegal a bunch of our jolly members enjoyed the glorious sunshine having a wonderful time at Dunleer AC’s 4 Mile Road Race. Congratulations to Shane Carroll 24:55, Jack McCarron 27:03, Leo Farrell 27:24, Brian Duff 29:41, David Tyhuis 31:23, Aiden Dunne 32:05, Belinda Rogers 32:11, Roisin Whyte 34:00 and Tracey McCarron 37:04 and a special congratulations to the men who came 3rd place in the Men’s Team category.

July 16th – At 8 o’clock in the evening four of our members ran the Bettystown 5 Mile. All enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere and local support and hospitality of Bettystown with all four finishing in under 40 minutes. Fantastic running from Dave Symmons 38:16, Aiden Dunne 39:34, David Tyhuis 39:47 and Belinda Rogers 39:47. Well done to you all.

July 20th – 3 good men headed to Monaghan competing in the Blayney 10 Mile. A lovely race, a wonderful atmosphere and of course fantastic running with super times from Leo Farrell 1:10:57, Roy Crawley 1:24:58 and Aidan Mooney 1:30:51. Well done lads.

July 21st – Before the rain at Grange Castle in Dublin we had impressive running and times from our Seniors at the KBC South Dublin 10K from Danny Cirdei, 41:28, David Tyhuis 49:21, David Symmons 49:00, Aiden Dunne 49:04, Belinda Rogers 49:53, Ciara Cousins 53:52 and Deidre McEneaney 58:47. A fun morning for everyone and meeting Irish National Marathon runner Mick Closhisy. Well done everyone.

July 28th – Fantastic running from our members at Duleek & District Athletic Club’s Indaver Duleek 10K Road Race It was a hot one today especially tackling those hills!. Thank you Duleek & District AC and a big well done to Brian Duff 47:42, Belinda Rogers 49:44, Peter Carolan 53:02, Ciara Cousins 54:43 and a special congratulations to newcomer Lisa Neacy 1:17.08.
