By 7.30am on Sunday, September 27th 10 Early Birds were running the 13k & 21k trail loops in Ravensdale. It was simply too nice to stay in bed… No competition except for the ‘Picnic Bake Off’ at the end! – Delicious… we not only run, we bake too Well done Everyone, an inspiration...
