May 1st ???????????? The Ballapousta Fun Run – This lovely local 5K was held on Bank Holiday Monday and our members enjoyed. Congratulations to Alfie, 1st Juvenile home, Bernie, 1st female home and Ronan 1st male home and a special mention to Peter who won the Raffle on the day. Well done Everyone. ????????????
May 12th ???????????? Congratulations to Alan Duff, Michael Kinahan and Vincent McQuillan who enjoyed the beautiful evening sunshine at the Marist 5K in Dundalk. Tough going in the warm weather! Well done gentlemen. ????????????
May 20th ???????????? Congratulations to Mary McTiernan, Bronagh Farrell, Danny Cirdei, Frank Meade, Paddy Meade, David Tyhuis and Daragh Carolan on completing the Cooley Coast 10K and Alan Duff who ran the 5K. And a special mention to Paddy who placed 11th overall, obtained a PB of 38.08 minutes and was awarded separately for his 2nd place finish in the O40s. Well done Everyone. ????????????
