Congratulations to Charlie Sands and Ruri Mothiram who competed at the North Leinster Schools Championships this week for their respective schools (Ardee Community School and St. Vincent’s Dundalk) – Charlie won gold in the Intermediate Javelin and bronze in the 400m Hurdles and Ruri won gold in the Shot Put. 
Good luck to them both at the Leinsters in May.
