March 4th & 5th ???????????? Congratulations to Ruri Mothiram and Charlie Sands who competed at the Leinster Indoor Championships in Athlone this weekend. A fantastic 3rd place medal for Ruri in the U14 Shot Put and Charlie qualifying 4th to the Nationals in the 400m and a new PB in the 200m. Well done to you both ????????????????

March 12th ???????????? Congratulations to our U18 Leinster Shot Put Champion Kya Mothiram. Kya threw 12.15m to take home the Gold at the Leinster Indoor Championships in Athlone today. Well done Kya ????????????
