Weekend 13th & 14th – While the lads headed to Deerpark and Dundalk parkruns we had a 50th parkrun celebration for Bernie in Oldbridge, good on ya Bernie. And under sunny skies a few of our members had fun at the Fingal 10K and Termonfeckin Half Marathon. Well done everyone.

A MID-WEEK TREAT – Some of our adult and junior members competed in the Louth Junior, Senior and Masters’ Championships at the Lourdes Stadium in Drogheda on the evening of July 16th. They were simply amazing with all finishing in top 4 positions. What a fun night. Well done everyone (medals to follow).

Weekend 20th & 21st – Congratulations to Sean and his son on completing the Saltrock 10K in Newcastle, looks like these two had their own race… of course Sean finished first! And special congratulations to Ronan who celebrated his 100th parkrun in Oldbridge, a wonderful achievement for this busy man and over in Deerpark Frank, Sean and Michael are notching up their Parkruns too. One of few warm weekends so far this summer but many of our members went on long runs in various directions this weekend. Well done everyone.

Weekend 27th & 28th – A quiet weekend for our members but 3 of them headed up the road to Castleblayney and blasted their way around the Blayney Rockets 10 Miler and travelling further west we had Theresa, Joan and Vincent flying the flag for our club at the Castlerea parkrun in Co. Roscommon while Ben enjoyed a peaceful time at the Deerpark parkrun Carlanstown. And on Sunday, Shane & Barbara ran fantastic times at the Indaver Duleek 10K. Well done Guys & Gals.
