February 25th – 
A busy day for our members… While Sarah and her son Sachin enjoyed the Glyde Rangers GFC 5K in Tallanstown a group of our members (Vincent, Joan, Emma W., David T., David S., Frank, Pauline, Peter, Orlaith, Emma McE., Daniel, Brian, Ben, Evie, Alan and Teresa) enjoyed the Fitzers 5K in Dundalk. Well done everyone on another weekend of running.
February 18th – A bright morning to enjoy a parkrun before our members headed to the Rás na hÉireann (see separate report)… @ Deepark parkrun Carlanstown & Oldbridge parkrun.

February 11th & 12th – Another busy weekend for club members… Out enjoying quality local parkruns Deerpark parkrun Carlanstown & Oldbridge parkrun and an excellent 5K road race just on our doorstep – Clogherhead Seaside 5K. Great running from everyone.
February 4th & 5th – Various events attended by club members this weekend… Joined by some running buddies, club stalwarts Dave and Danny hit the trails with a long run in the Mourne Mountains. A good crew of club members attended one of our local Parkruns in Deerpark, Carlanstown. The Trim 10 miler was thoroughly enjoyed by club members – Ronan, Karen, Ben and Bernie. Well done everyone on some great running.
