Finally! A competition for some of our Juveniles…Congratulations to these fantastic athletes who all came home with medals from the Louth Track & Field U14-U19 Championships today. It’s been tough as they only got back to club training on July 28th but have worked hard these past couple of weeks to feel confident enough to enter. Well done to you all. 
Jack McCarron, 2nd in the U15 Long Jump and 3rd in the 100m.
Kya Mothiram, 1st with a super throw of 11.01m in the U15 Shot Putt. Órlaith Carolan, 1st with a throw of 8.51m in the U16 Shot Putt and 2nd in the 100m.and Aoibheann Carolan 1st in the U18 Long Jump and Shot Putt, with a throw of 7.57m and 2nd in the 100m. Thank You Athletics Louth for a super managed well organised event and for all your extra hard work in preparing for today.
Fingers crossed we’ll have competition for all our age groups sooner rather than later!
