APRIL 3RD – 
Super running on a sunny spring day… 
Early this morning Ronan O’Sullivan ran the Berlin Half Marathon in 1:35:57. And at lunchtime Vincent McQuillan, Joan McQuillan & Emma Wiebenga popped down to Carrick to run the Carrick Aces Credit Union 5K.

APRIL 23RD & 24TH – 
What a glorious weekend for running… Members of all abilities headed off in many directions this weekend enjoying some of the most beautiful scenery our country has to offer. First up was Michael Pentony who headed early into the midlands on Saturday morning completing the ‘Royal Canal Run Longford’ Half Marathon in 1:39 while Leo Farrell, Ben Corcoran, Peter Carolan & Dave Simmons headed north to Lough Muckno enjoying the Castleblayney parkrun with all four finishing in the top 6 and nearer to home enjoying two local parkruns were Tracey Gillespie, Amanda McElroy, Joan McQuillan and Emma Wibenga at the Dumdalk parkrum and Ronan O’Sullivan and his sons Max & Alfie impressively coming 4th, 12th & 13th respectively at the Oldbridge parkrun. Back in Ardee that evening more of our members young and old supported the Solidarity 5K welcoming members of Sanctuary Runners and refugees living in our community.And today, ‘into the west’ was Danny Cirdei and David Tyhuis who completed the 1st of ‘three races in a week’ challenge; the ‘Connemarathon’ Full Marathon to the backdrop of the Lough Inagh Valley. APRIL 27TH – A super turnout from Ardee & District AC at the Dundalk 10K last night… Well done Everyone #clubproud
