March 26th – Glorious weather, stunning scenery and a Mountain – 3.9 miles up and down with an elevation of 340m… It was tough going at Armagh Athletic Club ‘s Slieve Gullion Mountain Run but these four Gentlemen did it, loving the challenge. Fantastic running and well done to Brian Duff, Dave Symmons, Danny Cirdei and David Tyhuis.
