Some personal achievements this weekend…
Congratulations to Sarah Duff who enjoyed a super run at Nwery City Runner’s 10K this morning ringing the bell on a new PB and a Massive Well Done to Paddy Meade who popped over to Scotland completing the Edinburgh Marathon in three and a half hours. On a more personal note a 
to Leo Farrell, Ben Corcoran & David Symmons who 
the box on another 5k Parkrun yesterday morning, they can now cross the Ardgillan Parkrun off their list and it’s anyone’s guess which Parkrun they’ll pop up at next or when!
