Congratulations to Emma Boyle coming away with a silver and bronze at Cushinstown AC’s Indoor T&F event. Emma came 2nd in the U16 Long Jump and 3rd in the 60m. Well done Emma 
And Congratulations to Charlie Sands who amazingly took home the Bronze Medal at the National Indoor U18 Heptathlon. It was two tough days of competition, 60m, Long Jump, Shot Put & High Jump on the Saturday and 60mH, Pole Vault and 1000m on the Sunday. Charlie ran, threw and jumped his way to 3rd place just missing out on the silver by 5 points. Well done Charlie, a super achievement.
